How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times for orders placed between 16 May and 26 May will be altered due to updates to our order management system.

We estimate a delay in deliveries of some days compared to the usual timeframe.

We will do our best to reduce the impact on the quality of our service.

Deliveries are made to most points in mainland Spain within a maximum of 72 business hours, 5 working days for the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, and 10 business days for the rest of Europe.

These delivery times are indicative, maximum and may be changed without previous notice.*

The delivery times will begin to count once the payment of the order amount has been confirmed by our Accounting Department. The departure of packages from our warehouse for their subsequent dispatch will take place from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays, before 10:00 am.
